Call to Action - Mail your MP to support RLS-UK’s Early Day Motion

This morning Helen Morgan, working with RLS-UK, tabled an Early Day Motion highlighting the impact of RLS and the issues of under diagnosis and poor treatment. This is a huge step forward in raising awareness and driving better outcomes for RLS sufferers and we need your help to keep the this issue in focus.

EDMs are one of the ways MPs can publicly show their support for an issue. The more MPs who sign, the more attention the issue receives, both in Parliament and in the media. That’s where you come in.

We’re asking you to email or write to your MP and urge them to sign this EDM. It only takes a few minutes, but it could make a big difference.

Here’s what you can do:

  1. Visit Find Your MP to find your MP.

  2. Use the sample message we’ve provided below or write your own. Make sure you add your name and address.

  3. Ask your MP to sign EDM 1121 - Restless Legs Syndrome and speak out on this issue.

Your voice matters—and when many of us speak together, we’re hard to ignore.
